Join me for a Costa Rican adventure at the Osa Peninsula. Situated in the jungles of Costa Rica, Blue Osa offers an opportunity to rest, relax, unplug, and breathe. This secluded beachfront open-air resort is the perfect place to connect with nature. Awaken to the sounds of the ocean, howler monkeys, and macaws while watching the sunrise from the private beach.

Enjoy three incredible farm-to-table meals each day. This retreat will allow you to connect with friends and make new friends. Daily yoga practice, fitness classes, hikes, and dance parties will allow you all the movement you will need on the Blue Osa property. Plenty of free time will allow you to take hikes through the rainforest, visit the local waterfalls, and explore the beaches (including the all-natural mud baths right at your feet).
